Jolie was trained under Marie-Jose Blom at Long Beach Dance Conditioning in Long Beach, California. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Portland State University. Her Pilates training includes the study of anatomy and biomechanics of the body, along with lateral curvatures of the spine. She specializes mainly in one on one private sessions designed to fit each individual's need. She focuses on core strengthening in her clients ie., pelvic floor, deep abdominals, diaphragm (the breath) and the muscles along the spine. Jolie works with people of all different abilities, ages and body types and with pre and post-natal pregnancy. She works with special issues such as plantar fasciitis, back and knee issues and shoulder girdle problems. She also provides one on one training for the athlete looking to take their sport to the next level.
