Consultation
50 minutes  / $48.00

Your consultation precedes any session on the studio equipment. The consultation is designed to find out what level you are at and what your goals are.  Your instructor will then construct a program just for you. During your consultation your instructor will teach you how to recruit your core muscle group. You will do a series of exercise to help the instructor see how you move and what exercises will best be suited to meet you at your level and challenge you at the same time.  


*Consultations are offered for new Pilates mat clients.

Private Instruction on the equipment
50 minutes /$63.00


In your Private Instruction sessions your instructor may incorporate the use of  the Balanced Body Cadillac, Balanced body reformer,  Wunda Chair, Baby arcs, foam rollers, physio balls,  the BOSU and many more of the small Pilates equipment. Your sessions are tailored made for your goals and updated frequently to keep it challenging and exciting.

Duet
50 minutes / $48.00

Your duet involves you and one other person working out on all the Pilates equipment.  You must have a consultation and five sessions so your instructor can learn how to best match you with another person and make your program.  Many couples find duets a great way to work out and spend time together.  Duets are not customizable for everyone.

Semi Private group
50 minutes/ $30.00


 Pilates small group is tailored per class.  The exercises are designed to strengthen your core muscle group. Your instructor will make use of balls, therabands, foam rollers, light weights, physio balls Baby Arcs and more! The exercises focus on the small muscle groups that support the skeletal structure and aid in correcting muscular imbalances.

​Silver Sneakers Chair Pilates
50 minutes/ $30.00

This class is designed seated in a chair and standing for:
-core strength-focusing on the muscles that support pelvic floor and the back
- Spinal extension, mobility, and strength (pain free)
-creates strength and mobility for the shoulder girdle
-addresses the hip for mobility, strength, and balance
- For the knee ; proper alignment with simple, do-able strengthening exercises
- The foot; easy foot exercises for balance and strength
-Deep focus on proper breathing to facilitate easier movemt, support the sipne and create larger lung capacity.
-practice age aporopriate , supported standing for leg strength ( think getting in and out of a chair)
-gentle and age appropriate stretching to prevent stiffness and injury
-Modifiable exercise for those with particular issues that inhibit mobility
